Bij ieder product staat aangegeven voor welk type apparaten de software geschikt is. Tevens is aangegeven op hoeveel apparaten de software te installeren is. Twijfelt u, of heeft u toch vragen? Neem dan contact met ons op via het contactformulier.

U ontvangt uw aangeschafte licentiesleutel(s) binnen één minuut in uw postvak. Heeft u na 1 minuut nog geen mail ontvangen? Controleer dan eerst uw spambox. Eventueel zou u de licentiesleutel ook kunnen vinden onder uw account. Bekijk hiervoor uw bestelling.

Heeft u uw orderbevestiging niet in uw postvak ontvangen? Controleer dan eerst of de e-mail in uw spambox terecht is gekomen. Is dit niet het geval? Tot 5 dagen na aanschaf garanderen wij dat de licentiecode inwisselbaar is. Helaas zijn er automatische systemen die actief op zoek zijn naar ongebruikte licenties. Hierdoor kan het zijn dat wanneer een licentiecode te lang ongebruikt is, deze al is ingewisseld door iemand anders.

Wij garanderen de werking van al onze licenties (tot 5 dagen na aanschaf). Heeft u toch een probleem? Wij helpen u graag verder en garanderen dat u een optimaal werkende licentie ontvangt.

Het is zeker mogelijk om uw Windows 10/11 Home te upgraden naar Windows 10/11 Pro, maar dit vergt wel enige voorbereiding.

Bij het invoeren van de gekochte licentiesleutel (Windows 10/11 Pro) in Windows 10/11 Home zult u een foutmelding krijgen, omdat Microsoft een directe upgrade niet ondersteunt. U dient hiervoor onderstaande stappen te doorlopen:

Windows 10 Home: instellingen -> bijwerken en beveiliging -> activering
Windows 11 Home: instellingen -> systeem -> activering -> upgrade uitvoeren

U kiest vervolgens voor ‘Productcode wijzigen’ en voert dan één van de onderstaande (publieke) licentiesleutels in:

Let op! Mocht u bij alle bovenstaande codes een foutmelding krijgen, probeer dan om uw computer/laptop los te koppelen van het internet/WiFi en probeer het dan nogmaals.

Met één van bovenstaande licentiesleutels zal de upgrade naar Windows 10/11 Pro van start gaan. U dient bovenstaande stappen nogmaals te doorlopen, maar nu voert u de door uw gekochte licentiesleutel in. Windows 10/11 Pro zal hierna geactiveerd zijn.

Als de installatie of activatie van een Office product niet lukt, staat er vaak nog een verouderde of andere versie van Office op uw apparaat. Ook op nieuwe apparaten is vaak een proefversie van Office geïnstalleerd, waardoor het installeren en activeren van een nieuw product niet lukt. Dit probleem is eenvoudig op te lossen door de verouderde of andere versies van Office te verwijderen.

Windows
Een licentiesleutel voor Windows is voor slechts één apparaat geldig. Uw Windows wordt automatisch gekoppeld aan uw apparaat op het moment dat u uw licentiesleutel activeert. Door deze koppeling is het voor Microsoft mogelijk om bij een nieuwe installatie van uw apparaat te controleren of u eerder beschikte over een geactiveerde versie van Windows, zodat u ook Windows opnieuw kunt installeren. U kunt uw licentiesleutel niet nogmaals gebruiken op een ander apparaat.

Office
Een licentiesleutel voor Office is voor slechts één apparaat geldig. Bij het installatieproces maakt u een Office account aan. U geeft hier tevens uw licentiesleutel in. Uw licentiesleutel wordt dan aan uw Office account gekoppeld.

U kunt uw Office product op een ander apparaat overzetten, mits u de installatie op het oude apparaat verwijderd. U kunt uw licentie dus maar op één apparaat gebruiken. U kunt uw product opnieuw op een ander apparaat installeren via uw Office / Microsoft account.

Let op: Als u uw licentie in de toekomst mogelijk op een ander apparaat wilt gebruiken, moet u een Office account aanmaken. Uw licentiesleutel zal bij een nieuwe installatie niet meer werken en uw product is dan alleen nog opnieuw te installeren via uw Office account!

Windows
A Windows license key is valid for only one device. Your Windows will be automatically associated with your device the moment you activate your license key. This link makes it possible for Microsoft to check whether you previously had an activated version of Windows when you reinstall your device, so that you can also reinstall Windows. You cannot reuse your license key on another device.

Office
An Office license key is valid for only one device. During the installation process you create an Office account. You also enter your license key here. Your license key will then be linked to your Office account.

You can transfer your Office product to another device, provided you uninstall it on the old device. So you can only use your license on one device. You can reinstall your product on another device through your Office / Microsoft accountt.

Note: If you may want to use your license on another device in the future, you will need to create an Office account. Your license key will no longer work with a new installation and your product can only be reinstalled via your Office account!

If the installation or activation of an Office product fails, you often have an outdated or different version of Office on your device. Also on new devices, a trial version of Office is often installed, which means that installing and activating a new product is not possible. This problem is easily solved by uninstalling the outdated or different versions of Office.

It is certainly possible to upgrade your Windows 10/11 Home to Windows 10/11 Pro, but it does require some preparation.

When entering the purchased license key (Windows 10/11 Pro) in Windows 10/11 Home, you will get an error because Microsoft does not support a direct upgrade. You need to follow the steps below for this:

Windows 10 Home: Settings -> updating and security -> activation
Windows 11 Home: Settings -> system -> activation -> upgrade

Then choose ‘Change product code’ and enter one of the (public) license keys below:

Caution! You can try all four codes, but you will need to restart your computer or laptop after entering each license key. This is also necessary if you get an error message after entering a license key.

With one of the above license keys, the upgrade to Windows 10/11 Pro will start. You have to go through the above steps again, but now you enter the license key that you purchased. Windows 10/11 Pro will be activated after this.
